James Odom
Biography:
James began his sheet metal career in June, 1970 by joining the apprenticeship program at the Los Angeles JATC. When he graduated from the apprenticeship program in July of 1974 and became a journeyman, he worked for several of our signatory contractors as a journeyman sheet metal worker and foreman. While he was working with the tools, he served the Local Union by becoming a Local Union trustee and an Executive Board member. In 1996, James ran for a Business Representative position and won. He has been working in that capacity since that time.
